Track an order

Check the status of your shipment in real time and download the signed proof of delivery as soon as your order is delivered.

Three letters followed by the order number, no spaces. Lower case is fine.

How to find your tracking number

  1. Take the first 3 characters of your Q-Trans account number (your customer prefix).
  2. Add your order number right after it, with no space or dash.
  3. The full tracking number is also printed on your bill of lading and in your order confirmation.
